Subject: School Closure Notice

Dear Parents and Carers,

I am sorry to inform you that the school will be closed tomorrow and we’re anticipating it will reopen Tuesday morning as normal.

Many of you may have heard the fire alarms earlier today. I would like to reassure you that there was no fire. However, the sprinkler system was activated, which has resulted in some flooding. As a precaution, the water supply has been turned off, and it is not possible for the school to remain open at this time. Once the water supply and sprinkler system are reinstated, school will reopen. 

We understand that this disruption may be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. We will continue to keep you updated with any developments via email and our social media channels.
